In the old Norse calendar, there were only two seasons, winter and summer.
Both of them started at the Equinoxes. So, actually, today is the first day of winter.

Okay, Toby is beginning to chew. I came home to a few insignificant things chewed up. I can restrict him while I’m at work, hoping he doesn’t start chewing furniture. If this continues, I wont be coming home for lunch to let him come inside to eat.
Evening is too short when I have things to do after a 20hr day.
