I honor you this day, and I honor every bit of you that resides in me.  I’m grateful for the strong German heritage you’ve provided. I look forward with eager anticipation to the great family reunion on the other side.  I offer you my undying love, honor, respect, and gratitude.

Life is lived at such a price
Elder Runes in your way

Conversely:
The negative blessing of prosperity, stagnant finances, lack of creative energies, productivity failure, and the inability to and/or create wealth, greed, financial insecurity, improper financial management, disconnected from the life source, fear of failure, an ending, an unfortunate condition, fiery powers extinguished, atrophy/decline, failed ambition, lack of self-esteem, an ineffective beginning and an irresponsible misuse of power.

Among all the things I got last Saturday @ my deceased brothers’ house while sister-in-law and WONDERFUL niece were cleaning out the garage:
*Two sledge hammers

*Two crowbars
*Large bowsaw
*Cabinet of washers and bolts
The ONE THING that seems to represent my brother was a sizeable bamboo stick.  My niece pulled it out and asked me, “Do you need another walking stick?”  It was perfect!  This morning, I wrapped it a bit more, since it was already wrapped in a few places, and strategically placed additional electrical tape where my hand will be.  I fully believe it was something my brother brought back from Viet Nam back on the 60s.  There’s no way to prove it.  That’s my belief and I’m sticking to it.  Now, my brother will walk with me every day.

OH SHIT!  I forgot I had a VA podiatrist appointment today!  It’s an important one!
WHOOSH!
I’m glad I remembered because it was about my continuing toenail pain.  Doc said my toenail, growing back from when HE removed it, was growing back horribly ingrown and was no doubt the source of my pain.  He removed the ingrown portion, then setup an appointed to have the toenail once again removed, this time made so it doesn’t grow back.  He also performed the palliative, which freed-up next week’s appointment.

Picked up the fur kids’ medicine.
<>
Toby and I out for an 11:30am, perfectly behaved, 30min walk.
*sunny, very warm, sizeable west wind.
<>

Pushups from the knees 3 sets of 10 reps
Setups on the Ab-Roller weighted 5lbs 3 sets of 25 reps.
<>
Sliced up some watermelon for wifey and me.
<>
Wieners and kraut + an ice cream bar for lunch.
<>
Paid turnpike unintentional violation (smh) and applied for a K-tag https://www.myktag.com/
<>
1st shift colleague left work early for a doctor’s appointment so my shift was a bit busier than usual. Nonetheless, it was a good shift.
<>
Last check on all fur-kids.
<>
2am nighty night.

God/dess Meditation: Ziu
Ziu, god of selflessness; of war & glory, one-handed god, sacrificial god, Sergeant at Arms at the Thing, enforcer of law & order, bravest of all gods; you chained the Fenris Wolf that threatened the worlds. We can’t do that, but we can do other things, some ordinary, others heroic. Remind us of your bravery and your sacrifice. Give us the courage and strength we need to fetter out own Fenris. Keep us mindful of our duties and help us keep our fears bound as tightly as you bound old Slaver Mouth. Thus doing, may we share in your glory by imitating you.  WE GIVE YOU MOST A HEART-FELT HAIL, ZIU, as we honor the Ziu that resides in us all!
