I honor you this day, and I honor every bit of you that resides in me.  I’m grateful for the strong German heritage you’ve provided. I look forward with eager anticipation to the great family reunion on the other side.  I offer you my undying love, honor, respect, and gratitude.

Elder Rune: Ehwaz: Horse, the special, controlled relationship between a rider and a horse, absolute trust, taking control of relationships and with higher-powers, instinct, intuition, progress, working in tandem with another, toward a single goal, control of a situation, adaptability, two halves that make-up the whole, following one’s instincts, teamwork, trust, loyalty, partnership, cooperation.
Conversely:
The relationship of a horse and rider out of control, disharmony, quarrelsome tendencies, mistrust, betrayal, stranded, indecisiveness, false friends/unfriendliness, treachery, change and/or movement for the worse, loss, break-up of a relationship, disruption of relationships, reluctant to trust, friendless, blockage, treachery, indecision, an enemy comes to the gate.

Rune Lesson:  Control, but not too tightly, builds trust.  It can be a preservative for it.  If you take the reigns of a horse and draw it in too tightly, the horse will fight against you.  The best thing to do is to build trust FIRST so that imperviousness is built-in for he long haul.

Got into work and I struck up a conversation with my manager over several issues.
1. going to 1st shift for training because I cannot understand that Asian guy.  He admitted that neither could he.
2. about getting dismissed again after mid-October.  He admitted this to be true much to his chagrin.
3. about using what I have for paid time off before we are all released.  He agreed and I have two Union steward witnesses who watched him make my time available on the time clock.
4. about coming in @ 1:30 upon returning, his suggestion, so as to get some ENGLISH training on the shears to which I agreed.
One hour at work, clocked out for 2 weeks, cya later bye!

God/dess Meditation: Wednesday/Wodan’s Day/Wodan/An: Odin;
Alle-Vater Gott!  Wandering god!  Rune god! Wolf god! Raven god! Wodan!! Husband to Frija, the Alle-Mutter.  Son to Paru and Bezzia, brother to Willo and Wîh; We call out to you, not as slaves or on bended knee, but on our feet and open-armed as befits your offspring. Watch us as we struggle, but the fight and fame must both be ours! Grant us that victory which we win by OUR might and mane! After a life battle-worn, Wodan, grant us access to our Great Ancestral Hall, where we may feast, drink the glorious mead and be merry with our heroes and our Altmâgâ. WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, Wodan, as we honor the Wodan that resides in us all!
