Rune Lesson: Hagalaz is a destroyer, a protector and a regenerator. It destroys things falling down from the sky. It protects that which is inside. It regenerates upon melting. Hagalaz is quite problematic. However, coupled with Ur it becomes obvious it can become a healer in its beneficial form. The inner shell of Hagalaz brings amazing discernment and awareness. We can benefit from Hagalaz once it has melted. We may go through some pain to get there, but we can get there.
