I honor you this day, and I honor every bit of you that resides in me.  I’m grateful for the strong German heritage you’ve provided. I look forward with eager anticipation to the great family reunion on the other side.  I offer you my undying love, honor, respect, and gratitude.
* no doubt the ones who brought the family over from Europe.

Elder Rune Summons:
Born of fire, born of ice
Life is lived at such a price
Elder Runes in your way
Advise the mortal man today

Picture
Elder Rune: Laguz: A body of water, the necessity of water as a life source, life well-lived, life ever-flowing; seen and unseen, going with the flow, fluidity, the leek (a healing herb) the feminine, Nirdu, Erda (Mother Earth), Ing-Frô and Frouwa, emotions intact, potential for life, magical workings, conform with emotions, personal growth, the basic energy and secret source of organic life, feeling, the deep minded Spirit, intuition.
Conversely:
A dried-up body of Water, the struggles of life, swimming upstream, difficulties with relating to the feminine, manipulation, lack of moral fiber, emotions out of control or suppressed, shallow minded, deception, unsympathetic, totally void of growth, failing to go with the flow, frivolity, immaturity, depression, inability to formulate with the emotional world, unstimulated, sinking/drowning, disconnect with the Inner Self.

A sixth one is mine, if a man wounds me

With the root of a trunk still with juice;
Then I am unscathed, the man himself is consumed
By the evil with which he threatened me.

Wonderful return call from my Irminenschaft brother!  We mainly discussed what I believe to be a fake Irminen Gesellschaft FB page.  I think he thinks I’m right.

Setups on the Ab-Roller, 3 sets of 25 reps weighted 5lbs
*3 sets of 25 is my target.  Once I’m comfortable at the 5lb weight, it will go up instead of the reps.

Call in from brother.

I stopped in @ the BK on S. Seneca for a lite snack before shopping; two tacos and a small drink.  WHAT?  WTF?????????  THEY WERE OUT OF TACOS!  Why the fuck do I even bother?  I don’t remember the S. West St store EVER failing me.  From now on, I don’t care where I am or where I’m going, the BK on S. West St. is my go-to place.  So, since I was down S. Seneca, I stopped in at McDs for a small cheeseburger, small fries, large drink.

Wal Mart Neighborhood Market
Dillons https://www.dillons.com/ ; HELA good deals!  $288 reduced to $208 with coupons and in-store deals.
Dillons petrol @ $1.91 9/10 with .30 customer loyalty points.
Return trip to Dillons because I certainly don’t need two gallons of milk.
Lowe’s for dryer vent stuff

One of the REALLY GREAT DEALS I got at the store today was a package eight halves of well-dressed baked potatoes topped with bacon and cheese for $2…yes, TWO DOLLARS!  I approached the meat guy asking him if my eyes are deceiving me.  He confirmed, yes, $2.  He said when he got them, they didn’t have a UPC on them, so he just slapped $2 on it and called it good. HELA GOOD FOR ME!
*2 halves of the baked potatoes for dinner…OMGs GOOD!

2 loads of laundry

God/dess Meditation: (alternate Sunnastag) Paltar, you're the blameless god, gloriously shining god, rising god, restoration god, husband to the faithful Nanda, beloved son of Wodan and Frija.  Just as you restore Mittigart after Godotuom, restore us after we experience our own Godotuoms of life.  Let your goodness and your reconciliation smooth our paths on Earth. When our days here are over, light up death’s darkness with the promise of rebirth. Help us to avoid evil and seek the good. Inspired by your example, we will keep our reputations spotless that our lives be proclaimed a victory of the Spirit, and our leaving his life a tragedy. WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, PALTAR, as we honor the Paltar that resides in us all!
