AM Meditation: Ziustac/Tuesday, we meditate on Ziu:
Ziu, husband to Zisa, Great God of bravery, one-handed god, you chained the Fenris Wolf that threatened the worlds. We can’t do that, but we can do other things, some ordinary, others heroic. Remind us of your bravery and your sacrifice. Give us the courage and strength we need to fetter our own Fenris. Keep us mindful of our duties, and help us keep our fears bound as tightly as you bound old Slaver Mouth. Thus doing, may we share in your glory by imitating you. WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, ZIU, as we honor the Ziu that resides in us all!

Interpretation:
Outcome: one second Socks was in his Cat House, another second he was in the driveway…WOW that cat is fast.
Good AM work; sad though, T1 won’t be coming back to wirk. Her health won’t allow it and they can’t accommodate her needs.
Good home for lunch to get paperwork for bank. Socks was ready to go inside his house. Toby just did not want to stay inside and demanded to go back outside when I returned to work.
Good PM work.
Stopped off at the S. Hydraulic Emprise to show paperwork.
Hamburger Helper Stroganoff made with hot links, onions and sweet peppers.

*abs, 4 sets of 25 +15lbs
*inclined chest press, 3 sets of 12, 20lb dumbbells
*inclined overhead drag, 3 sets of 8. 20lb dumbbells
*bent reverse flys, 3 sets of 10, 20lb dumbbells
Toby is too willing to spend more time outside. Should I be offended?
