AM Meditation: Frijastac/Friday, we meditate on Frija:

Frija, Great All-Mother; caregiver of Family, Hearth and Home. Teach us to be patient but not passive; wise but not haughty in our wisdom; far seeing yet not blind to that which is before us. May we nurture life, increase life, and live our own lives more fully. Through you we give honor to our human mothers. Through you we see all the beauty that surrounds us as well. WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, FRIJA, as we honor the Frija that resides in us all!

Elder Rune Summons:
Born of fire, born of ice
Life is lived at such a price
Elder Runes in your way
Advise the mortal man today

AM Elder Rune: Kenaz (U): The torch, light, shaping, fabrication or fashioning of primordial material, the hearth fire, brightly burning, knowledge, divine inspiration under control of human craft, knowledge from within, intuition, Self-awareness, creativity and transformation, clarity of thought, the application of the Divine.

Armanen Rune Summons:
Born of fire, born of ice
Life is lived at such a price
Armanen Runes in your way
Advise the Spirit man today

AM Armanen Rune: Yr:

Havamal 160.
A sixteenth I speak if a maid is reluctant,

To wake her lust and desire;

I change the heart of the delightful woman,

Then to me her wishes turn.

Perfection, Female mysteries, roots of the World Colum, the carrier of genetic material, God-woman, femininity, desire, sensual love, passion, perfection, Mother, chaos from which creation emerges, female principle in the Cosmos, the night, death and instinct, anger, falsehood, error and the oppositions found in humankind, mystical union, night, moon, well grounded, roots of Irminsul from which all life springs, woman as the opposite/balance to man, the descending Divine being.

Interpretation: Application of the4 Divine (Kenaz) leading to the descending Divine being (Yr).

Outcome: There is a major chill this morning. Thank you, Oktober, for not completely disappointing me.

Making up for yesterday’s inability to exercise

*routine #1, abs, biceps, triceps, shoulders

Small load of laundry

Moved porch furniture to the back yard.

Separated recyclables

*wow! It’s been a long time since I’ve done that, and it shows.

Toby on his 1-mile walk. He momentarily suffered from selective hearing. It’s amazing how a bit of time on

the retractable cured that.

*Essie in the back yard under my watchful eye. That cat CAN run!

2nd breakfast; sunny-side-up eggs, turkey-jerky, diced potatoes with sweet peppers and onions.

To Air Cap Veterinary for Toby’s medication.

*ya know, I really need to get over this Ms. Holden thing…

Prepared RTAA for today’s post.

Pizza Hut for lunch

Cleaned house

What the hel has happened to the day? No time for exercising.

I’m not giving Socks the choice to come out from his Cat House.

Stopped off at the store for bread, a cake and some 5-hr energy

Off to Broken Arrow, Ok.

Got in from Broken Arrow around 2:30AM. It was really pretty good. Probably about 20-30 people were there. New friendship were forged.

*Kenaz and Yr right here!

PM Meditation: Ostara, trustworthy goddess; keeper of the golden apples of youth and eternal life, keep us young inside. When we are starving for laughter, hungry for the lightness that comes with having few years on our shoulders, slip us one of those gleaming fruits that we may see the world through youthful eyes. Let springtime be in our steps, love in our hearts and a song on our lips. Change us to the core! Fill us with optimism and dreams for the future. WE GIVE YOU MOST A HEART-FELT HEIL, OSTARA, as we honor the Ostara that resides in us all!

PM Clarification Rune: none
