Good PM work; L_ left after lunch and I was there all alone…NICE…with some very loud music!
Now that was the fasted trip to the VA for a flu shot; literally in and out.

A package arrived today from an old, dear friend; a German flag with an Ing’s pendant. I’m extremely honored.
Three loads of laundry
No exercising tonight; shoulder sore from the flu shot. I’ll double-up tomorrow.
