Eh, I don’t have it in me to double up on exercise routines like I have the past couple of days. I’ll do one routine tomorrow and that should catch me up. The thing has been the legs. Working out the legs have always been a problem since my knees are pretty shot. While I CAN workout the legs un-weighted, I had to find a way to workout the hamstrings. I think I’ve finally found a way to do it. Too, my daily routine was set up wrong because I would put off any leg routine to the very end of the week. Now, I’ve made the correction to workout more Mon-Sat and take Sun completely off Hopefully the way I have things set-up now will be more effective and easier to live with. I DO know, however, abs are coming along quite well, despite care being take not to harm my umbilical surgery.
