After some serious efforts to communicate with the new hire about how to work a certain set of parts, I was placed in charge of training her. I really don’t understand what difference it made, but after I took her, she did really well. On her next set of parts, she had her first part bought off first try. The lead and I just smiled at each other. It was good.

*Socks has a hurt right, front paw. He let me hold him, work his paw back and forth, also checked it for a splinter…nothing. He may have cut a pad or something.
