For some reason I went out in the backyard to check on Toby…THAT BLACK AND BROWN SHEPHARD MIX WAS IN MY BACKYARD! I immediately got Toby to come inside and went out to coax the dog out the gate. Instead, it ran from me into the hindmost parts of the backyard to jump the fence. Now, Toby I don’t worry about because this would no doubt become a playmate for him, BUT, this creates a problem for Essie to ever be out of my eyesight even in the backyard. I had to call animal control.
