Eventually I asked him, “Who are you and why should I be concerned?” He responded, “I’m your new PLM.” HOLY SHIT! I’ve been talking casually to my new boss, my new Plant Manager! NOW I have to wonder what the hela I’ve shared with him. I just hope I haven’t somehow shot myself in the foot. Another FLM (First Level Manager) assured me I haven’t.
