Toby and I out for 1.25 miles plus Meeka Park. I encountered an asshole who gave me grief about walking Toby off the leash while he has to walk his pit-bulls leashed. He harshly reminded me of the leash law. As much as I hate to admit it, he's right. My argument is that Toby is accompanied and controlled.
The other day the City came to grind down the stumps they left last year on their side of the easement. I took the excess dirt to spread it around a few places in the back yard.

A very nice surprise visit from my sisser! She came over to show me her new-to-her car; a Suzuki Vitara. We had a long overdue conversation on the patio.
With the short-term disability check, I was out and about ISO Science Diet for my fur-kids. I spent almost $90 on two bags of food and 6 cans of wet They are now eating the best food that money can buy. . I just hope my budget can withstand it. I learned something new today form the Science Diet dietitian. It's okay for cats to eat dog food but not good for dogs to eat cat food. I'm adjusting their diets accordingly.
Curiosity; Who has the absolute cheapest wet food for the porch cats? I figured it would be Aldi but I had to check. Aldi @ 35c per can, Wal-Mart @ 36c, Dillons @ 40c.
