I honor you this day, and I honor every bit of you that resides in me.  I’m grateful for the strong German heritage you’ve provided. I look forward with eager anticipation to the great family reunion on the other side.  I offer you my undying love, honor, respect, and gratitude.

A thirteenth I mention, when I sprinkle the son,

The young one, with holy water,
If once he faces the foe, then he cannot fall,
No sword can wound him so he collapses in the dust.

Rune Lesson:  Strength comes from within as well as without.  Strength in any form can be a shielding from an aggressor.  We draw on our massive strength as our encouragement.  We KNOW as we reach our breakthrough it will be a blessing for us.  What ever is preordained for us we can breakdown any barriers that confront us.  We are strong.  We are blessed!

Taste-tested yesterday’s Hamburger Helper because yesterday it wasn’t that good.  I used some Italian sausage that was sitting at the bottom of the deep freeze for gods know how long.  Today, it’s a bit better; edible, with hot peppers added, but I DID throw out the sausage into the side yard for critters to eat.  Immediately Ghost expressed interest.

Toby’s morning feeding, insulin and Apoquel.

Leftover Hamburger Helper, nah, that meat really does suck, garden salad and a peach

Here we go.  Let’s see what happens…

What an absolutely piece of shit 8hrs return to work.  The problem is one person says to do something one way and another person says to do it another way.   The guy who was SUPPOSED to give me pointers and stay until 5:30 left @ 3:30 instead.  I can’t wait to get laid off again, but can I make it two more weeks without punching someone? Probably so, but the thought is certainly nice.

Socks came a-running off the porch when I came home.  He was SO ready to go into his house.

Came home to a 2nd gift left in the man cave by Jasmine; a dead mouse.  Thank you baby girl, but now I must toss it.

God/dess Meditation: Friday/Frija’s Day/An: Frigga’s Day:
Frija, Great Alle-Mutter, MY Alle-Mutter; caregiver of Family, Hearth and Home, wife to Alle-Vater Wodan.  Teach us to be patient but not passive; wise but not haughty in our wisdom; far-seeing yet not blind to that which is before us. May we nurture life, increase life, and live our own lives more fully. Through you we give honor to our human mothers. Through you we see all the beauty that surrounds us as well. WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, FRIJA, as we honor the Frija that resides in us all!  HEIL ALLE MUTTER HEIL!
