Outcome: Up at regular time to insure breakfast done by 4:30AM: two veggie sausage egg and cheese muffins with hash-browns from frozen.
Toby and I out for a sunrise 1-mile walk, cool enough to layer, Essie out for equal time.
*today was the first time I got quality kitty time with Stubby.
Ready for the ordeal! There have been many well-wishes on Facebook.
It all went very well. The surgical center was SO nice, extremely friendly and accommodating. It felt so odd to have my eye numbed along with my whole cheek area. They covered the left side of my face and used a lazar on the eye. There were only cataracts, no lens detachment. It was an extremely pleasant experience. I have a 9:30AM follow-up appointment for tomorrow.
*grabbed lunch @ the VA cafeteria while waiting on my Rx.
Neighbor lady over with food-bank food for Stubby.
