Biceps/triceps dynamic tension 3 sets of 10 reps.
Setups on the AB Roller weighted 20lbs 3 sets of 25.

Periodically, I get a call from a long-time acquaintance. Today’s phone call was a bit odd. He has a stepson, whom he calls his son, who is interested in acting as a profession. My acquaintance naively thought I had some kind of acting experience because of my loose affiliation with the local Ren Fest. His assumption was that I had to get into character at the Ren Fest. Such could not be further. All I have to do is look damned good in a tunic. I digress. His son is 17, a senior @ a local HS and is already a father. After school, he works fast food Mon-Thurs, and on the weekend spends time with his child. He has never taken any kind of drama classes, has never been in a drama club, has never taken any kind of music classes, nor has he been involved in any way in theater production. Because of his schedule, he has no time for after school activities and no way to get any kind of acting experience. I told my acquaintance there is just no way for his son to fulfil this interest, and encouraged him to be honest with his son. His son really waited too long to figure out this was what he wanted.

I think the orange florescent lights on the porch will greatly add to effect for Halloween.
