Another good, but not busy, night at work. Ya know, we have a very cool supervisor (they call themselves manager) now. The two previous just felt like they had to be out and about on the shop floor. Our current one, will come around, chit-chat, see how thigs are going, if there was anything, we need from her, then she disappears. Now THAT is what a good manager does; leaves the shop things to the lead person while the manager only surfaces as needed.
