I honor you this day, and I honor every bit of you that resides in me. I’m grateful for the strong German heritage you’ve provided. I look forward with eager anticipation to the great family reunion on the other side. I offer you my undying love, honor, respect, and gratitude.

Life is lived at such a price
Elder Runes in your way

Conversely:
Ulcer, a dimly burning torch, darkness, choosing to remain in the dark, a lack of Divine wisdom, lack of creativity, a self-imposed cocoon, the inability to shape the basics of life, pig ignorance, arrogance, inability to transform, uniformed, disease, decay, ambiguous thought processes, obscure thought processes, dark influences, cruel sexuality, uncontrollable human craft processes.

Havamal 156:
This I know as an eleventh, when
I accompany my dear friend into combat;
I sing it into the shield, so that he triumphs in battle
And that luck and happiness surrounds him always.
Triumph, surrounded with luck and happiness, victory, success, gain, well-being, victorious and happy, into the fray, blessing from above, successful fight, achieved goal, school, and salvation by light, inspiration, soul, and power of the sun, inspiration, soul, life force, wholeness, reliable success, healing, good luck, spiritual completion, and the path of the soul, Rune of the spiritual ray of inspiration, wisdom, and illumination.
“The creative spirit must conquer” (List, 57).

Good morning conversation with my wife.

My wife is taking off today as this is the anniversary of her father’s passing.

Toby and I out for a late morning, perfektly behaved, 30min walk.

I have completely enjoyed watching on the tele the aftermath of yesterday’s election. Trump went off the rails against a CNN journalist during his press conference. Nancy Pelosi was a calm presence in a separate press conference. Too much fun.

Whatever concoction that was my wife created (I say concoction because she said it wasn’t a casserole) was absolutely yummy for lunch…and now it’s mostly gone. I’m taking the last bit of it to work with me.
<>
Well scheisse…my wife was laid off from her job.

Not much work in the shop at all. Taking my time, shop was empty of orders before dinner break.
Conversation with a shop colleague revealed he was a volunteer actor @ our Cowtown Museum:
