Roasted Bratwurst with Peppers and Onions
Ingredients
Salad dressing; I used mango Chipotle vinaigrette, but could use regular vinaigrette
1 onion
2 green peppers
A pack of Bräts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F
Cut up pepper and onions
Slice bräts into 1” pieces
Add onions, peppers and bräts into a 5x9 baking pan
Cook for 20min, stir, cook for another 20min
Broil as needed
