This has not been the most active day, neither has it been the most exciting day; as a matter of fact, it’s been pretty boring. More than anything this has been a recovery day; a day to do an awful lot of nothing. I didn’t go out LOOKING for something to do. Perhaps my body was saying it simply needed the down-time. Ya know what? That’s okay be me when it’s a necessity (Teiwaz/Laf).
