Toby and I out for a well-behaved 30min walk. Toby had three challenges all at the same time:
*Toby found a tasty he would not surrender.
*sizeable dog running loose. I put Toby on the retractable in one hand and had my punch-knife in the other in case things went south.

2nd breakfast; protein shake, 2 eggs and a banana added
