OH MY! I started watching The Last Kingdom season 3 on Netflix…VERY binge-able over the holiday weekend!

Very early in the shift I was handed an SPL (get it done NOW) order. I had never before seen this particular order of parts. I enlisted the help of my 1st shift colleague over the phone via pics and conversation. I was sure I could do it. The set-up and the appropriate PSI are always a concern. All other form blocks are square or rectangle. I have never made a set-up using a triangular form block, so I was just wanting to make sure what I had was correct, which, according to my 1st shift colleague, it was. I thank the gods for my 1st shift colleague/friend. Everything went well on the bag press. There was one order of steel to debur in router shop., and, once again, a flurry of activity in hand-forming toward the end of shift.

We can’t do that, but we can do other things, some ordinary, others heroic. Remind us of your bravery and your sacrifice. Give us the courage and strength we need to fetter out own Fenris. Keep us mindful of our duties and help us keep our fears bound as tightly as you bound old Slaver Mouth. Thus doing, may we share in your glory by imitating you. WE GIVE YOU MOST A HEART-FELT HAIL, ZIU, as we honor the Ziu that resides in us all!
