Outcome: Yesterday at the store, I purchased some magnesium tablets.  I’ve had trouble with leg cramps overnight.  I know I have no problem with potassium in my diet as I eat PLENTY of bananas.  Yet, the cramps have continued.  I remembered reading somewhere that low magnesium levels might contribute to cramps, too.  Yesterday was my first dose of magnesium, and last night I had ABSOLUTELY NO signs of leg cramps or any kind of cramps whatsoever.

Toby and I out for a 30min walk.  On the walk, I noticed someone throwing out a cat-tree.  Checking it out, it didn’t seem horribly awful to me, so I opted to return after that walk to get it.  Toby was finished with HIS part of the walk early because he found a tasty with which he wanted to go home to enjoy.  This worked out well because I took Toby home, then took the moving dolly to get the cat-tree.
*I spent quite a bit of time cleaning the cat-tree and tearing apart the old one, only to find out there are a few parts of the old one that I could still use; part was still useable as a scratching post, part was still useable for a cubby hole on the porch for any wayfaring wanderer.

FINALLY, a WONDERFUL home-cooked breakfast; 4 eggs (medium) sunny side up, whole wheat bread for sopping, diced potatoes with onions, and turkey kielbasa coins…YUMMY!

Now that the growing season is over and the yard is a lot less active, I trimmed the yard front to back, paying extremely close attention to Agathagart….LOOKIN’ GOOD!
*as I was putting away the chords, I thought, I’ll be putting up decorations in a few days so I might as well leave the chords out.

Gathered up trash and took it over to brothers.

*best damned salad!  I made a salad with spinach instead of lettuce.
