A twelfth one I sing, when I see through the brush
The hanged one swinging from the hemp;
He climbs down from the trunk, must tell me his tale
When I carve the Runes right.

1st check on all fur-kids. Socks is not his chipper self this morning. When I went in to check on him, he barely moved off his sofa. I picked him up to carry him over to our huggle table. It soon became obvious there’s something wrong with him. Now I need to keep checking on him throughout the day.
<>
Outcome: 8hrs of sleep with only one or two wake-ups.
<>
Good morning conversation with my wife: WWE and NASCAR…smh.
<>
Wife is a bit on edge, too.
<>
Toby and I STARTED out for a late morning walk, but was stopped by a neighbor who ALWAYS has to repeat his conversation at least FOUR TIMES. This time it was about someone who may have turned around using my driveway, then put a bit of damage in his car. THEN my wife came out as I was shifting the conversation to mice, with wife not realizing we have yet to go on our work. I offered to take her on her errands before taking Toby for a walk.

Family Dollar
Tobacco shop

Toby and I FINALLY out for an extremely well behaved, noon hour, 30-40 min. walk.
*mildly cool, sunny, slight north breeze.
<>
Checked on Socks; still hasn’t moved from his sofa.
<>
Leftover hobo stew.
<>
One last check on Socks before work. He seems a bit more agile, but definitely did not make a move like he wanted to go outside.
<>
Not a horrible night at work. Early in the shift I was approached by a colleague asking how was I on hand-forming. I admitted that I fair, but that I would give anything a shot. He came up with the worst thing I do in hand-forming; that being, stretching and shrinking. I kept trying to stretch this piece of material but it just wasn’t budging. Come to find out it was “O” material that really needed to be hit, so I did and it finally moved to what I wanted it to be. There was nothing on the bag press. One or two things in routers. That was it, so I’m always ready to get the hela out of there.
<>
Last check on all fur-kids. Socks was sitting up in the chair behind the sliding glass door. He zoomed out when I opened it, but he was SO ready to go back in within the hour. Smart boy, Socks.
<>
Awwwwww…my wife has my Yule gifts under the tree.
<>
Shower, 2am, nighty-night. I get to sleep with my wife.

Greetings to you, Mano, glorious male aspect of the moon; silver messenger on high. You’re the measurer and teller of time. You’re the counterpart to Sunna, the feminine aspect of the sun. As you fly silently on your way reflect into our souls the glory of the High Ones that we might aspire to the realms of the gods. Bathe our world in soft brightness, and whisper to our souls of joyous realms beyond our knowing. Mano, let us see the goodness within us and without us, all the nights and days of our lives. WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, MANO, as we honor the Mano that resides in us all!
