Rune Lesson: So, we’re dealing with two very destructive items; that being, the sun/lightening bolt and ice. Perhaps at opposite ends but nonetheless destructive; however, both can yet be very beneficial. Unlike pagans, we Heathens see the Feminine Divine in the Sun as a positive life force. Ice, in all it’s destructive power, can bring a calming effect. We are forced to slow down with ice. In essence, we can be calm because we know the Divine Feminine has everything under control.

*Preheat oven to 425deg
*Place rack in center of oven
*Grease cupcake tin
*(wrap cup with turkey bacon if desired)
*Crack eggs into cupcake tin
*Cook for 10-12min
*(stop @ 11min, added cheese to top, melted for another min if desired)

God/dess Meditation: Alternate Dienstag/Ostara/An: Idun, Trustworthy goddess; wife to Brego (who is the adherent god of scalds), keeper of the golden apples of youth and eternal life, keep us young inside. When we are starving for laughter, hungry for the lightness that comes with having few years on our shoulders, slip us one of those gleaming fruits that we may see the world through youthful eyes.
