Elder Rune Summons:
Born of fire, born of ice
Life is lived at such a price
Elder Runes in your way
Advise the mortal man today

Armanen Rune: Hagal:
Havamal 152:
A seventh I learned, if the hall is burning

With fire around bench and comrades;
However bright it burns, I will banish the blaze,
As soon I sing the magic chant.

To actively protect/enclose/destroy, danger brought under control, introspection, awareness, eternal change, the Mother of all Runes, the cohesion of the world, die (pronounced ‘dee’ German for ‘the’) Alle Mutter, Frija, that which cares and maintains, protects, and preserves; that which is motherly; wisdom, harmony, salvation, blessing, protects from hail and fire, eternal change, caring and maintaining principle in the Universe, Higher Self, the perfect human being, Divine within, the Rune of humanity, married to the World, Rune of enclosure but contains a potential for growth, builder/architect of the worlds, the macrocosm of the world itself.

1st check on all fur-kids.
<>
Outcome: 6hrs of troubled sleep

Called the veterinary; yes, the City will take cash…WHEW…because I have no checks; they’re coming, but no checks at the present.
Called COX Communications; the lady last night didn’t, for some FUCKING reason, successfully finish my repair ticket, but that turned out to be in my favor, at least a little bit.  Instead of COX coming out tomorrow afternoon, it’s now tomorrow morning.
Call Elite Renovations; supposedly today, late afternoon.

Wifey conversation

1-egg, open-faced breakfast sandwich on wheat bread with cheese and two slices of Canadian bacon + a banana.
Bank
<>
Toby’s veterinary appt went well.  He checked out fine.  He even list weight; 51.6 ˅ from   he took his shot like a pro!
Return to bank to find out why the low amount.  LOL…the teller took my withdrawal out of the overdraft account.  I keep a scant $32 in that account because I know that’s how much my bank charges for an overdraft.

Ran wifey to smoke shop.

Toby and I out for a perfectly behaved, noon hour, 30min walk.
*mostly cloudy/drizzle, mild, no breeze.

Homemade, oven baked beer bräts with freshly steamed asparagus in butter + a few handfuls of raw sugar snap peas…OMGs YUM!

Vacuumed a bit

Work wasn’t horrible.  My 1st shift colleague and I tie-in really well, but sometimes I’m not too observant.  If I was observant, I would’ve noticed the rubber pulled up and this large, easily 6ft long, form block sitting in the bag press.  By the time I noticed it, my 1st shift colleague was already gone.  I WAS LIVID that he would leave something that sitting in the press, BUT it ended up working to my advantage.  Several weeks ago, I passed the written exam for the overhead crane but was putting off the practicum.  This particular form block afforded the perfect opportunity for the practicum.  I brought the safety guy over, attached the crane to the form block, and moved it from the tray onto the table.  WAH-LAH!  I passed the practicum!  Other than that, I stayed fairly busy most all night.

Last check on all fur-kids.

1:30am nighty night.  Wifey is cuddled with kitties tonight.
<>
2am BOOM!  Another thunderstorm rolled-in.  I know Socks was outside, so I went to call him from his stoop.  Luckily, he came running out from underneath the car, thru the rather large rain drops and back into his house.

God/dess Meditation: Mano, god of the moon:
Greetings to you, Mano, glorious male aspect of the moon; silver messenger on high.  You’re the measurer and teller of time.  You’re the counterpart to Sunna, the feminine aspect of the sun.  As you fly silently on your way reflect into our souls the glory of the High Ones that we might aspire to the realms of the gods. Bathe our world in soft brightness, and whisper to our souls of joyous realms beyond our knowing. Mano, let us see the goodness within us and without us, all the nights and days of our lives.  WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, MANO, as we honor the Mano that resides in us all!
