Well FUCK! I thought I had the mortgage company by the balls. Turned out they have ME by the balls. The mortgage payment went up $100 over the escrow, taxes and insurance. I knew the insurance would go up. My insurance agent told me that during the room addition construction. I guess, really, it made sense for taxes and escrow to increase as well.
