Side bends, 3 sets 7 @ 40lbs
Standing, 3 sets of 7 @ 2/25lbs

Cleaned house to presentable standards

Niece over, received instruction…I feel better.

Lite snack from frozen

Took in recyclables http://www.recyclewichita.org/ found a couple of really nice items to take home;
*a seemingly antique lamp
* a nice, sizeable, block of wood.
Burger King for lunch

Cut it too close for work

Good shift @ work; stayed on the shaper table.
*I really don’t like talking to my shop colleague. He thinks he’s right in everything.
