WONDERFUL time out to dinner @ Defazio’s http://www.360wichita.com/Restaurants/Italian/DeFazios.html with my WONDERFUL niece, her family, her mother and her family.
Okay, there is good news about my doctor’s visit. There were two major things in discussion. First, I lost THIRTEEN pounds since my last annual physical; 270 > 257. Second, whatever reading that is that relates to my diabetes, it reduced from 7 to 6.5. Everything is on the right track.
