AM Meditation: Donarstac/Thursday, we meditate on Donar:
Donar, Son of Wotan and Erda, husband to Sibba, wielder of Malant and Great God of thunder, thunder forth in our lives. When we would hold back, encourage us to advance. When we would be weak, hearten us be strong. When we would shun life’s pleasures, inspire our appetites for that which is lusty and good. Excite our growth from strength to strength; teach us, elder brother, how to throw our own Hammer, and slay the giants who oppose our will. Good @ home for lunch; Toby outside, took a picture of a squirrel eating the food offerings I just set out.

Stopped off at McDs to put in and pay for my sizeable breakfast order for tomorrow morning.
*aw hel, grabbed a cheeseburger, too.
Call into my WONDERFUL niece. I was concerned about her reaction to something I mentioned during yesterday’s conversation. She now knows the FULL “different” side of me.
It’s so funny watching Socks contemplate coming out from his Cat House. He comes to the door, stick out his head and seriously considers whether or not he want to continue outside or retreat inside. Today, it‘s a beautiful afternoon and for some reason Socks was conflicted, but chose to retreat. ..for now.
*it’s after dark now. Socks is off to do his catting-around. He DOES love his nighttime.
Fresh-cut pineapple and a garden salad for dinner.
FISH! My buddy! Ya hungry? Here…I’ll open a can for ya.
Treadmill…it’s a record! 1 mile, 2.5MPH, just under 25min…WOW!
