Rune Lesson: Here I’m dealing with two different god images; that being, Ing-Fro and Wodan. Both of whom I have dealt with personally. Initially, it was Wodan who brought me into Heathenry. Suffice to say Wodan ended up kicking me out from his nest, and Ing-Fro was there to catch me. Ing-Fro is my brother, my god, my friend. Wodan is ALWAYS All-Father and deserves respect. In Ing-Fro, there is prosperity. In Wodan, there is the power of speech and song. Prosperity, speech, song, freedom, all work together for my own personal good.

Outcome: 8hrs of sleep with one wakeup: Toby out/nasal rinse/Toby in.

Up early to take wifey, Goose and Toby to the veterinarian; Goose for spay, Toby for checkup. Toby’s glucose level continues to go down, 155 ↓ 77. Doc doesn’t want it too low, but kept him at 17 units of insulin. Toby’s weight has increased from 44lbs ↑ to 48lbs.

Canadian bacon, egg and cheese open faced breakfast sandwich on whole wheat toast + a banana.
