Got immediately it with a challenge at work. My first shift colleague tried to run this hot order of parts but cracked both of them. It was one of those orders that must have pressure gradually applied. The responsibility fell to me, and I popped mine too. My 2nd shift colleague in layout determined that planning didn’t spell out a grain direction. Once that was determined…SUCCESS! Other than that, it was a good night at work.
