The young one, with holy water,
If once he faces the foe, then he cannot fall,
No sword can wound him so he collapses in the dust.

1st check on all fur-kids.

Outcome: 8 ½ hrs. of sleep with three wakeups due to leg cramps.
<>
Breakfast sandwich + a banana.

Wifey conversation.
*OMGs, if only a camera was available.  After wifey conversation, and me in the recliner, Lily jumped up onto my lap.  Shortly after, Essie jumped on onto the footrest and draped herself across my ankles.  ESSIE AND LILY WERE BARELY 12" APART WITH NO DISAGREEMENT!  There IS hope.  I didn’t care to move until after 11am as I was enjoying this moment.

Toby and I out for a late morning, well behaved, incident free, 30min walk.
*mostly cloudy, mildly cool, slight north breeze.

Call into the bank.  LOL…it looks like I’ve accidentally paid my loan with them forward to April!

Time change always kicks my ass.  What the hela happened to the day?

Leftover Shepherd’s Pie with blueberry bread.

A mixed bag at work.  My first shift colleague had me set up on some familiar parts. For some reason these parts have become problematic.  What is supposed to be ran in two steps, it’s become necessary FOR ME to run them in three steps; a pain in the ass.  It gives me good time to do them, 245min, but having to run them three times eats up every bit of that time and then some.  The next two orders again were familiar, but this time with no problems and 72min connected to each order.  These parts are the heaviest for me to manhandle.  There are two form blacks that are stored in the bag-press area, but still have to be carried from the shelf, onto a cart, then loaded onto the bag press.  So all-in-all, with a couple of small things I ran, I’m sure I turned in right at 7hrs.  If the problem parts ran better, I could have finished the last order of parts that also gave 72min and I would have finished the night with 8hrs of time; but it is what it is.

When I came home, I could smell a problem.  I know Toby was outside when I left for work, so he couldn’t have been inside that long.  Nonetheless, he must have had a bowl emergency occur after my wife went to bed.  I had some clean up to do along with some bathroom mats.  It was smelly enough, but at least Toby shat where things could be rinsed off and thrown into the laundry.  I never get mad at Toby when he makes messes because I KNOW he does the best he can.  For some reason, the little bit of time he was inside, he just couldn’t wait.
*Thurisaz/Bar in this somehow.

Last check on all fur-kids.

Socks was out only for a bit.  At least he had the where-with-all to come to the front door to alert me to the severity of the rain.  We both got a bit damp as he made his way back into his house.

God/dess Meditation: Mano, god of the moon:
Greetings to you, Mano, glorious male aspect of the moon; silver messenger on high.  You’re the measurer and teller of time.  You’re the counterpart to Sunna, the feminine aspect of the sun.  As you fly silently on your way reflect into our souls the glory of the High Ones that we might aspire to the realms of the gods. Bathe our world in soft brightness, and whisper to our souls of joyous realms beyond our knowing. Mano, let us see the goodness within us and without us, all the nights and days of our lives.  WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, MANO, as we honor the Mano that resides in us all!
