Stubby and Long-tail are hanging around more. Long-tail was ready for breakfast. I also hear an upset squirrel. I presumed it upset because of Long-tail, and since I was near the tree cavity, I also presumed it was trying to look for food. I first fed Long-tail to get him away from the tree, then took some kibble out for the squirrel. I soon saw the squirrel feasting on my offering.

Brunch; a pan-full of home-made potatoes O'Brien (habanero added) turkey bacon, 3 eggs sunny-side-up, whole-wheat English muffin with strawberry jam.

*HOLY SHIT! Last time I cooked with habaneros with a pan of potatoes I used TWO habaneros. Today, I used a SINGLE (rather healthy) habanero and OMGs! It's pretty damned potent. I added eggs and turkey bacon, kind of made a casserole in a bowl, to spread out the heat for tomorrow's breakfast; probably for two days.

Essie may be a fair-weather kitty, yet when I look out in the back yard to check on her, she sure is good about letting me know when she's had enough and ready to come back inside.

Shot a few hoops then noticed...
There's some pretty sizable first growth of the season after recent rain. It's a good time to test yard equipment:
*yard shoes needed some superglue repair
*electric mower worked swimmingly
*electric edger worked well, but lost its trimmer line cutter, I'll try to Jerry-rig something.
*electric leaf blower worked well.
*power chord to the electric mower & blower being is being fed a bit differently; worked well in the front yard; back yard tomorrow.
*yard waste on driveway now being swept back into the yard @ the west end of the driveway instead of retrieving it from east end into he street.
