Workwise, not horrible, until I THOUGHT myself into an extremely bad mood. I overthink on things and get upset about that which I have absolutely no control. Okay, I’ll admit it, I overthink about industrial raising and slaughtering of animals for our consumption. Even though I don’t know this for a fact, I’m sure any animal’s living condition, raised industrially for slaughter, has to be horrible. I think about chickens kept in cages so all they do is shit eggs or kept cramped in cages until they’re fattened enough. I think the same thing about hogs, kept cramped in cages and never see daylight until they go to slaughter. Cattle generally have it the best, until they go to the feedlots just prior to slaughter. I don’t even DARE start mentioning dog meat farms. So anyway, I got myself so upset I checked my vacation and sick leave time.
Sick leave: 25hrs
Vacation: 41.35 hrs
Anniversary date Aug 12th
I’ve often been told to use vacation time first, because @ one’s anniversary date, 80 hrs of vacation is automatically added, more than 80 with overtime worked which overtime has been slight and not really welcomed with me. However, sick leave only starts building from that point. So, I left work an hour early and that brings vacation to a very workable 40isch hours; with 65 total hours’ time off. I just wanted to get the fuck out of that place!!! It’s funny, the Ob-Meister has in his instant messaging, “Working at this place is like being fettered to a corpse”. He’s not too far from wrong.
HAHAHAHAHA…besides, I wanted to get to Dillons before the closed because I ran out of tomatoes for my garden salad…LOL

Last check on all fur-kids. It’s always so much nicer when Socks goes immediately into his house when I get home. Sometimes he can be a pest when me MAKES like he wants to go into his house, then right on the stoop decides…nah, don’t thinks so. Bastard kitty…
