Elder Rune Summons:
Born of fire, born of ice
Life is lived at such a price
Elder Runes in your way
Advise the mortal man today

Armanen Rune Summons:
Born of fire, born of ice
Life is lived at such a price
Armanen Runes in your way
Advise the Spirit man today

AM Armanen Rune: Fa:
Havamal 145.
The first one promises to help generously

In sorrow, sickness and pain;
In eternal change, man goes forth
From death to new creation.

Luck, property, to grow, to wander, to destroy, to shred, guidance, help, Father, potential change reflected in a beginning; preface of that which is becoming, being and passing away; procreation, creative father principle, Alle-Vater principle.  primal Fire, the power of spirit and change as well as the power of creativity, the Divine Masculine Principle, success, pure, generated fire that acts creatively in love, will that spares manifestation down to the material levels, necessity of change.
“Generate your luck and you will have it” (List, 49).
<>
Interpretation: Fertility (Inguz) leads to luck (Fa).
*” Luck, often enough will save a man, if his courage holds (The 13th Warrior)”.
<>
Outcome: It’s a good start!
<>
Good AM work; more small rings!
Good @ work lunch; The Prose Edda
Good PM work; rings all day, I don’t know which is more sore, my left arm that dills, or my right arm that pulls.
<>
Essie in the back yard
<>
Dinner; seared tilapia, garden salad and boxed rice.  Essie and Toby enjoyed their share.
<>
The Royal Assemblage (Essie, Toby, Socks) now has two full bags of Science Diet each in storage.  I just pulled in from storage the generic kibble (Essie’s treats, Stubby and Long-tail’s usual).  With this being a 5-week paycheck month I want to stock up as much as possible.  Yet to get would be another generic bag of cat kibble and two 32 can boxes of Little Friskies, along with about 60 cans of Mighty Dog for Toby.  Why am I doing this?  I’m feeling uneasy about my work situation.  MY fridge, cupboards, deep freezer and pantry are all well stocked.  THEIR food situation, not so much, but soon will be.

PM God/dess Meditation: Ostara, trustworthy goddess; keeper of the golden apples of youth and eternal life, keep us young inside. When we are starving for laughter, hungry for the lightness that comes with having few years on our shoulders, slip us one of those gleaming fruits that we may see the world through youthful eyes. Let springtime be in our steps, love in our hearts and a song on our lips. Change us to the core! Fill us with optimism and dreams for the future. WE GIVE YOU MOST A HEART-FELT HEIL, OSTARA, as we honor the Ostara that resides in us all!
