Toby and I out for a Hodge-podge walk. Two blocks away we encounter SHADE! OMGs! I have been so worried about Shade for days! I coaxed Shade to come home with me and she did. I immediately fed her. As Toby and I continued our walk he indicated he wanted to go into Meeka Park where he could run like the wind! Continuing on, I kept an eye on Toby to see when the weather was becoming a bit too much for him as it was warming up a wee bit.
*Essie was not impressed with Shade during her outdoor time, but she managed to keep Shade in check.
To McDs with Toby for breakfast. Kecia is so beautiful.
*@ home, I see stubby-tail chasing Shade across the intersection. I was able to place my car between stubby-tail and Shade. Stubby-tail high-tailed it back to the tree-line on my north border. I let Shade know all was well. She came sauntering back for more food which I was glad to provide.
*It didn’t’ take long for stubby-tail to come back to create havoc with Shade on the front porch. I quickly RAN to the front door to chase off stubby-tail, then let Toby finish it. We protect our fur-kids around here.
Started trimming the yard; GODDAMN IT, no more edging twine.
To Lowe’s
Continued to trim. Shitty edging twine.
Return trip to Lowe’s
Let’s try this one more time…now THAT twine kicked ass!
Trimmed bushes on the north border; and some branches away from the roof
Working outside I noticed a “happy birthday” streamer on a neighbor’s house. I went over with my box of trinkets letting everyone take an item; some more than others, but at least one per person. It was appreciated.
Two loads of laundry
Niece called for advice. Neighbor came over for advice. Uruz and Ur right here!
