The old hat tree that has been in my bedroom as long as I can remember has bitten the dust. Today, it hit me, not literally, that I might save the center portion for a walking stick. Pulling off everything else, I see the top portion needed some help so I’m trying to gorilla-glue it. It’ll need a bit of cleaning up, and it might be a bit heavy, but I think it’s be doable.
