Just to try mead seemed pointless. Understanding the importance of mead and its connection to Heathenry, I gave him assignments that were Norse related. On the one hand, his father said that he said it was too much. On the other hand, my great nephew said he had too much going on right now and unable to do it. Staying as positive as possible, I just voice my kind disappointment, and left the door open for later. My hope is that as he gets older and realizing the importance of what I want him to do, he’ll be back. I’ll be here for him.
