Two scrambled eggs in a wheat tortilla with pepper jack cheese.

Dr. Ewald at K-State called. She has finished one eye, but there have been complications. The lens anchors that keep the lens connected to the eyeball have deteriorated, so she cannot put a lens back into Toby’s left eye. I gave her permission to go onto the right eye. I told her I have to give Toby every chance to be as good as he could be.

Out for a 6-block, late morning, roundy
*very warm, partly cloudy, SSE breeze.

A Second call in from K-State and the same dilemma in the other eye. Dr. Ewald assures me he'll be able to see, he just won't be able to read a newspaper (LOL). He is now in recovery. The hope is he's able to come home tomorrow. I’m ready to go get him anytime!
