I pulled in more than 10hrs of time allotments for an 8hr shift, and my FUCKING Super had the audacity to talk to me like either I wasn’t doing enough or working in the wrong stuff. Okay, your usual 1st shift hand former is on vacation. 2nd shift router person is out for an appendectomy. Lemme tell you, Mr. Super, I have some suggestions. Rather than loan out your ENTIRE 1st shift layout shop to machining debur, leave one in hand forming. Rather than put your router guy in hand forming, leave him in router shop. That way, you may not be so FUCKING demanding for 2nd shift to step up to overcome the shortcomings for 1st shift.
