Well Hela, just had quite a little grease fire on the stove.  I THOUGHT I had it smothered, but nope.  IN a panic, I tried to find the pan lid I know would have smothered it but couldn’t find it.  Had to unload a bit of the fire extinguisher.  Now for the clean-up.
