Toby and I out for a noon walk. He gave up the ghost @ 20min. The heat really does get to him. I finished my walk @ 30min.

It’s like I have a continuous cramp in my thigh that won’t go away. There’s a painful spot right there! At least I’m walking. For that’ I’m grateful. Still, any kind of dropping to one knee and trying to getting up again is totally painful.

A very late lunch bled into a very late, but YUMMY, dinner; turkey breast (shake-n-bake style), garlic mashed-potatoes, tender cactus (that looked like French green beans).
