It was a frustrating night at work.  Long story short, the bag press was TOTALLY uncooperative.  The maintenance guys were called out…AGAIN!
*call back into Dillons while at work.  THIS customer service rep couldn’t find my new Plus Card thingy.  He suggested an “alternate ID.”  PERFECT!
*an article came across my newsfeed at work.  It talked about what they believed to be one of the best workouts for overall health; the kettlebell deadlift.  Now THAT is doable

God/dess Meditation: (alternate Frijastag) Heil to you, Forsizo, son of Paltar and Nanda!  You’re the god of justice, and reconciliation.  You sit in judgment of the right and wrong of all arguments.  We see you as god of the Thing.  We call out to you in our time of legal need.  We know that justice is a double-edged ax.  On the one side, if our argument is just, grant us the proper conclusion.  On the other side, if our argument is fraudulent, mete-out justice accordingly.  Whether in the court of legal proceedings or the court of public opinion, grant us the justice according to the rightness of our deeds.  WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, FORSIZO, as we honor the Forsizo that resides in us all!
