Okay, I’ve been thinking, I have completely dropped the ball for my own health. Effective immediately, I need to implement an exercise strategy. I know I don’t feel like doing any kind of exercise after work. My suggestion to my Self is to go to sleep a bit earlier, get up a bit earlier, to exercise. I’m not quite sure how this will work, but I know I can walk fir cardio with little or no effort. I also have a treadmill I can use anytime. OR, I can re-implement a dumbbell routine with no added expense as I have a complete set from 5-40lbs.
