04:30/4:30AM, up for a bladder call, AND THERE WAS SOCKS ON THE PORCH!  He quickly headed toward his house, but stopped when he encountered a sizeable puddle in front of it.  He looked at me like he was saying, “Daddy, help…”  I picked him up and carried him through the puddle and onto his stoop.  He was SO ready to go into his house.

The wedding in a park was…well…somewhat bothersome.  What they had, was NOT a marriage license.  It was an application FOR a marriage license.  I think the confusion was justified.  They both were nervous.  I went ahead to do the wedding, with the understand they were not ACTUALLY married until they got their license, and we met back together to sign it.
