Freedom from bondage, the power of speech/song, mouth, arising, ashes, that which is offered, Wodanic energies, leadership, mouth, speech, the effort to convince, deed following the word, the Divine Breath, kingship, discussion, idea of that which is given/evolving, the spiritual power that is gained through speech, it is the breath of the world, its voice, strength that a person needs to rise-up in power, freedom from the bondage of the material world.

1st check on all fur-kids; beginning the practice run in prep for Toby’s switch to Science Diet Derm Defense. While Toby is still on cat food and will probably switch over to Derm Defense, Essie is switched over to Sheba https://www.sheba.com/products#variety. Socks will now get what Essie doesn’t finish.

I still keep a flip phone for emergency calls. While on Toby’s walk, my flip phone sounds for an appointment. WTF? OMGs…dentist appointment! As we were a little more than a block away, I hurried Toby home to make that appointment.

Toby and I out for an early afternoon 30min walk. Toby found a steak bone that caused me grief. I took him home after 20min of frustration then finished 10min on my own.

All meat burritos with onions, refried beans with cheese
