I spent all morning cleaning out and rearranging Lilly’s furniture in her kennel/cage in Socks’ house; not that she uses it all that much anymore. The really good thing has been she’s eating really well and using her litter box. Wifey noticed she has a bit of poop build-up around her but. She was as cooperative as could be expected for a kitty while I tended to unpleasantries. Perhaps, and hopefully, that has been the large part of her odor.
*I think Socks is using Toby’s doghouse full of fresh straw I have on the porch for him; fresh food and water.

Finished a couple of online surveys (McDs and Dillons) for free stuff and gas points.

Started putting away Yule decorations, but ended up hauling things out of the storage shed to the trash to make some long overdue room. I’ll either finish later today or tomorrow.

Wifey is painting an elaborate paint-by-numbers. Just kidding, I asked her, “What if I do this…” and mimicked smudging her painting. (further comment not for public consumption) If anything like that would happen between us, I told her it just wouldn’t be good for either of us.

Turkey burger patty, diced potatoes and corn…YUM!

I had to spend time with Socks on the porch so he doesn’t feel like he’s been abandoned. He is the one who has been the most effected lately. It seems like he has nested in the straw in the doghouse. I took him out some fresh food and made sure he has water. He was in and out of my lap for an hour. Monday is the day I bring Lilly inside and clean out Socks’ house in hope he’ll go back in it well enough.
*checked on Lilly who was comfy on the sofa in Socks’ house. She has a bit of diarrhea.
