I honor you this day, and I honor every bit of you that resides in me.  I’m grateful for the strong German heritage you’ve provided. I look forward with eager anticipation to the great family reunion on the other side.  I offer you my undying love, honor, respect, and gratitude.

When I carve the Runes right.

OH MY!  When I was feeding the squirrels, one was finishing his peanut atop the fence post.  I took out some diced apple pieces, held out my had and this little guy did not move.  I held out my hand with the piece in it and the little guy didn’t move.  When he/she was finished with his peanut, I held out the piece even further and he climbed down the fence post TO TAKE IT OUT OF MY HAND!  As I watched in amazement, I held out a second piece.  When this buddy finished the first piece, he/she reached out for the second piece.  This time he/she grabbed the piece, turned his/her back and walked further across the fence, kinda like saying, “Okay, that’s enough entertainment for you.  Now go away.”  This kind of thing happened quite a bit last year.  Hers to hoping for more of the same.

Anymore when Toby considers a walk, I let HIM decide what he can handle.  One block roundy and he was done. I finished the walk on my own.
*sunny, mildly cold, sizeable north wind.

I guess I haven’t looked closely enough into some of the things revealed in my 23andMe account.  Today, I stumbled across this https://you.23andme.com/reports/ancestry_composition_hd/french_german/ :
“Germany has 16 administrative regions, and we found the strongest evidence of your ancestry in the following 6 regions.
1. North Rhine-Westphalia
2. Baden-Württemberg
3. Bavaria
4. Berlin
5. Lower Saxony
6. Rhineland-Palatinate”
That was kind of a WOW for me.

As much as I have hated my Shark vacuum, I actually learned something about it today.  I had to go to YouTube to watch a video to figure out hoe to unclog the damned thing, BUT IT WORKED!
*further housekeeping.
<>
Leftover crock-pot pork chops with rice and a cabbage wedge.

Bank; haircut money for tomorrow.
Dillons; I’ve been concerned that Essie hasn’t seemed interested in food.  My presumption was that she hasn’t cared for the paté.  So, I wanted to get her cans of “shreds” she’s had in the past.  Also, I needed to replace an odds-n-ends container in the utility room.

God/dess Meditation: (alternate Frijastag) Heil to you, Forsizo, son of Paltar and Nanda!  You’re the god of justice, and reconciliation.  You sit in judgment of the right and wrong of all arguments.  We see you as god of the Thing.  We call out to you in our time of legal need.  We know that justice is a double-edged ax.  On the one side, if our argument is just, grant us the proper conclusion.  On the other side, if our argument is fraudulent, mete-out justice accordingly.  Whether in the court of legal proceedings or the court of public opinion, grant us the justice according to the rightness of our deeds.  WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, FORSIZO, as we honor the Forsizo that resides in us all!
