1. Essie and Long-tail have separate feeding stations.
2. I clean the litter box whenever I see it’s been used.
3. They have separate chairs in the man-cave.

I keep giving Long-tail the option to leave, but he never does.  So, whatever days are left for him, he’s going to be comfortable and wonderful.

Once again, I’m reminded how glad I am I can provide a safe and warm place for Socks.  Oh sure, every once in a while, like tonight, Socks thinks he has some kind of pressing kitty business somewhere in his Princedom in need of immediate attention, so off he goes.  Soon enough, he’ll come onto the porch to look into the open door, letting me know he’s ready to go back into his warm house.  I’ll be here to accommodate him.

• Reverse back-fly 3 sets of 8, 2/20lbs

• Bicep curls 3 sets @ 20lbs
• Overhead triceps extension 3 sets @ 20lbs
• Shoulder press 3 sets @ 20lbs
• Plank, 3 sets @ 30secs ea.

WHEW!  That was pretty tough this late in the evening.
